APPLICATION TYPES

We offer three types of wallpaper: traditional, pre-pasted, or removable peel & stick.

*Please note that many professional installers will not install peel & stick wallpaper. If you'd like your wallpaper professionally installed, please select the Traditional or Pre-Pasted wallpaper application types.

CUSTOM ORDERS

The short answer is - yes! We offer custom colors, sizing, and occasionally custom patterns.

Custom colors are available for existing pattern background colors only. Provide a Pantone, paint color, or HEX code and we will match. We cannot guarantee an exact match due to the printing process, but we will get quite close. Any custom color design or edits requires an additional $100 custom fee.

Custom sizes are available on a case-by-case basis. Panels cannot be made in lengths shorter than the 48" standard size offered.

TRADE ACCOUNTS / TRADE DISCOUNTS

We do not supply formal trade accounts at this time. We do offer a trade discount which includes access to samples. If you would like to learn more about our trade discount and / or request samples, please reach out to us with information about your business. We will be happy to assist!

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our made to order process, all sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We highly suggest purchasing a sample in the same application type as your purchase prior to placing a full order. This will ensure the colors and materials are suitable for your space.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Should your order suffer damage during transit, please inform us within 5 business days for a prompt replacement. 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by reaching out to hello@ingoodfun.co.

SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES

LEAD TIME

Standard lead time from order placed to arrival is 10-14 business days. Processing and printing each order takes about 5 days before final shipments are sent via FedEx.

SHIPPING

Our wallpaper ships globally via FedEx from our highly skilled fabricator in Europe. Standard shipping takes about one week internationally, making the door-to-door experience 10 - 14 business days.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer expedited shipping on samples if necessary. Rush shipping on full orders is not currently available through the website. Please reach out before or directly after placing an order so we can facilitate a quicker delivery date.

SHIPMENT REROUTING

We cannot change the shipping address or further expedite the shipping of any packages that are already in transit.
